Lee Webb, CCIM – Broker / Owner
Lee has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. A University of Kentucky graduate with a focus in Business Marketing, he is a licensed Kentucky real estate broker and holds the CCIM designation. Lee is active in communities across the Commonwealth, has served in numerous leadership capacities, and was named to Business First’s 40 Under 40 list. He received the University of Kentucky Young Alumni of the Year award in 2010 and later authored Go Outside and Now Then. Since 2019, he has led a commercial real estate workshop at the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and serves on the Center for Real Estate’s board. Lee and his wife, Rachel, live in Kentucky with their three children: Walker, Warren, and Wells.
Jay Ingram, CCIM – Commercial Real Estate Advisor / Broker
Jay is an experienced commercial real estate professional specializing in sales, leasing, development, investment analysis, and property disposition. A graduate of Auburn University, he previously spent 13 years teaching English as a Second Language to students from diverse backgrounds and training future educators. Since 2022, Jay has led the development and marketing efforts for Saddlebred Pointe, Shelbyville, Kentucky’s premier commercial destination. He and his wife, Amy, a local ENT physician, live in Kentucky with their three children: Anna, Judson, and Benjamin.
Rachel Webb – Business Development & Marketing
Rachel has more than 20 years of experience helping businesses and organizations advance their marketing, public relations, fundraising, and brand development efforts. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2005 with a degree in Integrated Strategic Communications. Rachel has provided on-camera talent for numerous organizations and has helped implement a wide range of corporate and community events. She served on the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees from 2018 to 2024 and on the UK Alumni Association Board of Directors for more than 15 years. In 2025, she received the UK Alumni Association’s Distinguished Service Award. Rachel lives in Kentucky with her husband, Lee, and their three children.
Lindsay Corgan – Commercial Real Estate Advisor / Broker
Lindsay is a successful commercial real estate broker specializing in leasing, sales, and client representation of all property types. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2010 with a degree in Business Marketing. During her final year of college, she took over her family’s food service distribution company in Southern California and later sold it to a competitor after several years of growth. Lindsay continued her sales career in the industrial MRO field, earning recognition as a top seller for consecutive years. Lindsay is passionate about helping businesses thrive and supporting their long-term success. She is active in local and regional organizations, including CREW, a national commercial real estate organization dedicated to advancing women in the industry. She lives in Kentucky with her husband, Scott, and their three children.
John Leeper – Commercial Real Estate Advisor / Broker
John is an experienced commercial real estate professional who advises clients on all aspects of commercial property, including investment, leasing, sales, and consulting. Before entering the private sector, he spent 27 years in public education as an educator, principal, and administrator, retiring as Deputy Superintendent of Shelby County Schools. Born and raised in Benton, Kentucky, John graduated from Centre College in 1995 and has worked in five communities across the Commonwealth, building a strong network of regional, state, and national relationships. Commercial real estate allows John to continue making an impact in his community and throughout Kentucky’s growing markets. He works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants seeking or selling professional, medical, retail, and industrial properties. John has served as President of the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce and remains active in numerous nonprofit and business organizations. He lives in Kentucky with his wife, Melissa. They have two sons, Alex and Luke.
