Lee has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a graduate from the University of Kentucky with an emphasis in Business Marketing. Specializing in all facets of commercial real estate, Lee is a licensed real estate broker in KY and holds the CCIM designation. He is very active in the communities throughout the region and has served on various boards as a director. Lee was named to the 2005 Business First 40 Under 40 list and was awarded the University of Kentucky Young Alumni of the Year in 2010. In 2016, Lee authored and published the book, Go Outside and followed with his second book, Now Then in 2022. Lee and his wife Rachel live in central Kentucky with their three kids: Walker, Warren, and Wells.
Jay founded his real estate investing company in 2017 and quickly grew a portfolio to include multiple commercial and residential properties. After Jay graduated from Auburn University, he spent two years as a missionary in Asia planting churches and then earned a Master’s from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and spent 13 years teaching English as a Second Language to a multitude of nationalities and training future educators. Jay specializes in all areas of real estate brokerage activities including investment analysis, leasing, and disposition. Jay and his wife Amy, a local ENT doctor, live in Shelbyville with their three kids: Anna, Judson, and Benjamin.
Rachel has over 10 years of experience helping businesses in the areas of marketing, public relations, fundraising and brand development. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2005 with a degree in Integrated Strategic Communications, having served as Student Body President. Rachel provided on-camera talent for UK Healthcare & Appalachian Wireless, and has been involved in the creation and implementation of various corporate and community events and fundraisers. Rachel is a mother of three, living in central Kentucky with her husband, Lee.
Lindsay graduated in 2010 from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business, Marketing. During her last year of college, she took over the family business, a Food Service Distribution company in Southern California. She successfully sold the company to a competitor after growing it for a number of years. She continued working in Sales in the Industrial, MRO field and was awarded for Annual Achievers for being a top seller for the company for consecutive years. She loves seeing businesses thrive and desires to do all she can to support their success. She currently has 3 small children and lives in Shelbyville, Kentucky with her husband, Scott.
John has served 27 years as a public educator, principal, and professional administrator, retiring from his position as Shelby County’s Deputy Superintendent to exercise his entrepreneurial spirit in the private sector.
Born and raised in Benton, Kentucky; John graduated from Centre College in 1995 and has worked in five different communities across the Commonwealth developing a shared vision while building a network of regional, state, and national relationships.
Commercial real estate brokerage provides John the opportunity to continue his impact in his community and throughout the growth areas of Kentucky. He works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants seeking or selling professional, medical, retail or industrial locations. John currently serves as the President of the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce.
John resides in Shelby County with his lovely wife Melissa. He has two sons, Alex, and Luke.
